Hi!  I'm Mary Hawley...

I'm the founder and CEO of Elevate4Growth.  I spent more than a decade inside the NPR system as Vice President of Corporate Sponsorship at KPCC/LAist in Los Angeles, where I led multiplatform sales across on-air, livestream, podcasts, display, newsletters, and programmatic.

 

Before public media, I served as Senior Vice President of National Sales and Marketing at Entravision Communications, where I built and led a Spanish-language radio rep firm representing over 100 stations and reaching 80% of the U.S. Hispanic population.

​

I've been named a three-time Radio Ink Most Inspiring Women in Radio honoree and Hispanic Marketer of the Year.

​

Today, I channel all of that into one thing: helping public media stations to stop leaving sponsorship revenue on the table. I work with leadership teams to build clear, actionable revenue plans designed for how sponsors actually buy today.
